We look at the lot, access, sunlight and how you’ll use it to choose the type of pool and its location.

Define the scope
The right project. Made to measure.
A touch
Maintain
Define seasonal needs: pool, equipment, small repairs and preparation of the grounds.
A change
Finish
Organize a deck, fence or paving project based on how you use the space and what’s already there.
A transformation
Rethink
Coordinate a set of work around the pool, access and relaxation areas.
Preparing the right choices
What deserves our attention.
Marker 01
Water must drain away from the house
A badly sloped deck or paving can send water toward the foundations. We check slopes and drainage before any landscaping.
Marker 02
Québec winters decide
Freeze, thaw, snow clearing: materials, footings and the placement of each element must account for our winters.
Marker 03
Your town’s rules
Pool, fence, shed: each municipality has its own rules, such as permits, setbacks or the safety enclosure around a pool. We check them before starting.
For an in-ground pool, some steps are carried out with specialized partners. PBE Rénov coordinates the project from design to final landscaping: you keep a single point of contact.
Is a permit needed for a pool?
In most municipalities, yes. A pool must also meet safety standards, including the enclosure and access control. We prepare these points with you before the work.
When should a pool project be planned?
Ideally several months before summer: design, the permit and site preparation take time.
Can you renovate an existing pool?
Yes: liner or finish, coping, slabs and equipment. We first assess the pool’s condition to define what needs to be redone.
Do you do seasonal maintenance?
Opening, closing, maintenance and small repair needs can be described in your request to define the mandate.
Can we keep the existing landscaping?
Yes, its condition and compatibility with the new project are examined to determine what can be kept.
How do we plan for approvals?
The process depends on the project and the municipality. It’s one of the points to clarify before organizing the work.
It all starts with a conversation.
How do you want to spend your summers?
Even if your ideas aren’t fully drawn yet. We take the time to understand what matters to you.
