Floors

The foundation of
every room.

Hardwood, engineered flooring, vinyl or ceramic: each covering has its qualities. We choose it based on the room, foot traffic, upkeep and the look you want.

Before installation, we check the subfloor, the levels and the transitions with neighbouring rooms.

  • Preparation and levelling

Walls & ceilings

A beautiful surface
starts underneath.

New partitions, repairs, taping or ceilings to redo: a successful finish depends on the preparation.

We correct imperfections to get straight, even walls, ready to paint.

  • Taping and sanding
  • Ceilings and bulkheads

Paint & colours

The right shade,
in your light.

A colour changes with orientation and the time of day. We compare samples in the room, then choose the finish based on use.

Preparation, protection and the number of coats are part of the agreed scope.

The details

What makes
the difference.

Mouldings, interior doors, stairs, railings: these elements connect the rooms and give the house its character.

We choose them along with the other materials for continuity from one room to the next.

Preparing the right choices

What deserves
our attention.

  1. What you can’t see makes the result

A creaking floor, a cracking joint: the cause is often the surface underneath. Repairing, levelling and preparing is what makes the finish last.

  2. The right finish for your life

A dog, children, an entrance where you arrive in winter boots: we choose materials based on how each room is really used, not just on how they look.

  3. Living in the house during the work

Dust, furniture to move, rooms you can’t use: we plan the order of the work and the protection of spaces so your daily life can go on.

Before you start

The right
questions.

Do all the rooms need to be redone?

No. We can define a targeted job and look at how colours, levels and materials connect.

Can we keep the existing floor?

It depends on its composition and condition. The visit lets us compare refinishing and replacement.

Is preparation included?

Repairs, substrate preparation and protection must be listed in the agreed scope, along with any exclusions.

Can we stay in the house during the work?

Often, yes. We organize the rooms to protect, the order of the work and access to limit the inconvenience.
