Job Summary
PBE Rénov is seeking a Project Coordinator in residential renovation to ensure the planning, coordination, and monitoring of interior and exterior renovation projects.
The person holding this position takes charge of projects from preparation to final delivery. They act as a liaison between clients, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
The Project Coordinator must be organized, rigorous, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor residential renovation projects.
- Establish project schedules and track their progress.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with plans, estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Participate in the preparation and validation of bids.
- Monitor project costs, expenses, orders, and budgets.
- Quickly identify budget deviations or overrun risks.
- Coordinate material orders and supply needs.
- Monitor deliveries and material availability.
- Communicate regularly with clients about the progress of work.
- Manage change requests and additional work.
- Document decisions, modifications, and important elements associated with projects.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and quality of work.
- Collaborate closely with the site supervisor.
- Anticipate risks that may affect costs, deadlines, or quality.
- Quickly resolve operational problems encountered during projects.
- Participate in final inspections and the delivery process to the client.
- Ensure that deficiencies are corrected before project closure.
- Maintain complete and organized documentation for each project.
Desired Profile
- Relevant experience in construction or renovation project management.
- Good understanding of the different stages of a residential renovation project.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of budgets, construction costs, and schedules.
- Ability to read and understand plans, estimates, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to quickly resolve problems.
- Analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams and different professions.
Requirements and Assets
- Experience in the field of residential renovation.
- Training in project management, construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Good mastery of computer tools and project management software.
- Knowledge of Quebec construction standards and practices is an asset.
- Knowledge of applicable RBQ and CNESST requirements is an asset.
- Mastery of French; English is an asset.

Work Environment
